At winmy19, we value every loyal player with a specially designed VIP programme — upgrade your account and enjoy privileges you won't find anywhere else.
Each level brings greater rewards. The higher you climb, the more benefits await.
Every winmy19 VIP member enjoys perks designed to deliver the best possible gaming experience.
VIP members are eligible for significantly higher deposit bonuses compared to regular players — up to 150% for Diamond tier. Every ringgit you deposit goes further.
Receive automatic cashback every week based on your total play. Even in a less lucky week, you still get something back as a thank-you for your loyalty.
From Gold tier and above, you get a dedicated personal account manager you can reach directly. Any issues or enquiries are resolved faster and with a personal touch.
Winmy19 VIP members enjoy higher daily withdrawal limits — up to unlimited for Diamond tier. Your big wins can be withdrawn without any restrictions.
VIP withdrawal requests are processed in a priority queue — meaning shorter wait times compared to regular players, especially during peak hours.
VIP members receive exclusive birthday gifts, membership anniversary rewards, and special surprises during festive seasons — winmy19's way of recognising your loyalty.
The winmy19 VIP points system is designed so you naturally level up without doing anything special — just play your favourite games as usual. Every wager you place contributes to your total points.
How VIP Points Are Calculated
Your winmy19 VIP points stay with you as long as you remain active. No pressure to use them within a short window.
Once your points reach the next tier threshold, your account is automatically upgraded and your new privileges take effect immediately.

Whether you've been playing at winmy19 for a while or are just getting serious about it, the VIP programme is something worth looking into. Many Malaysian players don't realise they're already eligible for Silver or Gold tier — they simply haven't taken the time to check their account's VIP status.
The winmy19 VIP program is more than a label or status symbol. Every level delivers real, tangible benefits that directly enhance your playing experience. Your weekly cashback, for example, is credited straight to your account every week — no claims, no forms. It happens automatically as a reward for your loyalty.
What many winmy19 VIP members value most is the personal account manager assigned to them from Gold level onwards. Unlike standard customer support that can sometimes involve long waits, your VIP account manager is directly reachable and has a deeper understanding of your play profile. Any deposit, withdrawal or technical issue is resolved faster and with a more personal touch.
For Diamond members — the highest tier in the winmy19 VIP program — the perks are truly in a class of their own. Unlimited withdrawal limits mean your big wins are never held back by daily caps. Paired with personal VIP support available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, the Diamond experience is something few other platforms can match.
All winmy19 VIP privileges are subject to Terms and Conditions program. VIP levels are reviewed monthly based on your wagering activity. Stay active to maintain your current VIP level.
There is no complicated application process or strict requirements to join the winmy19 VIP program. Everything happens naturally as you play more actively.
If you don't have an account yet, register now. The sign-up process takes less than 2 minutes and you'll be immediately eligible to join the VIP programme.
Every time you deposit and play, VIP points accumulate automatically. Choose your favourite games and points are credited at the set rate.
Check your latest VIP points balance in your account profile. You can view your progress toward the next level at any time.
Once your points hit the set threshold, your account is automatically upgraded and all new tier privileges are available right away.
